Apple, Cheese & Guinness Soda

Not sure how I started making these loaves. But I know I will never look at Guinness and Cheddar in the same way. This is a dense loaf, I use part rye, part spelt and white flours for this most times. The apples I like are tangy green apples.

Very high alcohol content - I am very generous with the Guinness.
